PINGPRO — TERMS OF SERVICE Last Updated: May 9, 2026
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By creating an account and using PingPro, you ("the Business") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
PingPro provides an online booking and business management platform for small businesses. We do not guarantee any specific results including but not limited to revenue, customer growth, or booking volume.
3. NO WARRANTY
PingPro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance, outages, or third-party service failures may temporarily affect availability.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PingPro and its owners shall not be held liable for: missed or failed booking notifications, failed or undelivered emails, scheduling conflicts or errors, loss of business or revenue, loss of customers, data loss due to technical failure, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this service.
5. BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for managing your workers, schedules, and appointments; complying with all local, state, and federal labor laws including break requirements; verifying customer information; and any disputes between you and your customers. PingPro is a tool — we are not responsible for how you run your business.
6. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Service is billed at $150/month per business location. All payments are non-refundable. Failure to pay may result in account suspension. You may cancel at any time but no partial refunds will be issued.
7. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
PingPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for any reason including non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension.
8. DATA & PRIVACY
We collect only the business and customer data necessary to operate the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your customers for data collection. It is your responsibility to maintain your own backup records of customers, appointments, and business data at all times.
9. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM DEPENDENCY
PingPro operates on third-party infrastructure including but not limited to Cloudflare, cloud hosting providers, and payment processors. In the event that any third-party service suspends, terminates, or restricts our ability to operate — for any reason including growth, policy changes, or technical limitations — PingPro shall not be held liable for any resulting interruption, data loss, or business impact. We do not guarantee continuous long-term availability of the platform.
10. SERVICE DISCONTINUATION
PingPro reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, or shut down the service at any time with or without notice due to technical issues beyond our control, third-party platform restrictions, business decisions, security vulnerabilities, or any other reason at our sole discretion. In the event of shutdown, PingPro shall not be liable for loss of business or revenue, loss of customer data or booking history, any damages to your business operations, or any claims from your employees, workers, or customers. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF PINGPRO IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. It is your responsibility to always keep your own backup records.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
PingPro may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you by email of any significant changes.
